About the job

As the Pilot Account Manager, you are responsible for fostering our international growth. Running the pilots is essential and the final part of our sales process. You will be the account manager for these piloting higher education institutions. In this role, you build long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders of the institutions to convert the pilot into a partnership.

Every institution is different, which means a good dose of problem-solving and creative thinking is required. At FeedbackFruits there is not a day which is similar to the previous one.

You will be responsible for creating ambassadorship within the piloting institutions and ensuring high levels of adoption. Effective teamwork and tight collaboration with the colleagues of the New Business team will be fundamental to closing the deals. Next to that, you have the pivotal role of communicating product information from piloting partners to the product team. This allows us to continuously improve our tooling offering.

You will be able to grow your team and its strategy to the next level by finding new ways to engage with our pilot partners. Your input and insights can make a difference to hundreds of instructors and thousands of students in institutions across the world and will help accomplish FeedbackFruits’ mission: to make every course engaging.

Responsibilities (from high to low priority):

Increase adoption | (40% of your time)

  • Organize workshops and training
  • Pilot course/teacher success management
  • Get adoption across different faculties
  • Push for use of all tooling to familiarise with the complete tool suite

Pilot success | (25% of your time)

  • Create ambassadorship
  • Communication of successes to the institution
  • Report to decision-making unit (DMU)
  • Communication on the product (bugs /feature requests /new releases)

Pilot success process responsibility | (25% of your time)

  • Communication (e.g. bi-weekly with pilot coordinators)
  • Initiate escalation mode when needed (product or sales/DMU)
  • Improve the ‘fall in love’ strategy
  • DMU evaluation meetings with New Business

Provide FeedbackFruits of information: | (10% of your time)

  • Product input
  • Collect references
  • Quotes

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 year experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Sales
  • Works well in a highly collaborative environment and team
  • Excellent in building and maintaining of relationships
