We are looking for an ambitious and energetic PA to join our Global Marketing Team. This is an exciting role supporting the transformation of these Premium, Midscale and Economy brands. Support SVP Premium, SVP Midscale, SVP Economy, SVP Customer Experience and the SVP Sponsorship, the PA will play an integral part in the smooth running and efficiency of the busy global marketing department.

What you will be doing:
Personal assistant to SVP Marketing supporting in the following four areas:
- Admin support expense reports Stationery IT & systems
- Talent & culture support Recruitment process New starter on-boarding
- Appraisal arrangements organising meetings when 7+ participants
- Supporting large meetings & team events logistics
Qualifications
- Training as an assistant Bac + 25 years experience required
- French and fluent English (other languages an advantage
- Analytical and creative mind
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work transversally
- Ability to influence
- Project management
- Proficient in Word & Powerpoint
