People Manager London (UK Remote)

Mostyn Chase are excited to be collaborating with this Embedded Finance Fintech who are looking for a People Manager who will help to shape the People strategy and own the day-to-day People Ops, working closely with the Chief of Staff to create and maintain a positive and engaging employee experience for their growing team members around the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, pay and benefits, employee relations, HRIS management, and policy development.
You will have the opportunity to make a true impact on the development of the People function.
Key skills and experiences required
We are looking for a People Manager who is people-oriented, results-driven, and has start-up / scale-up experience.
Requirements :
- You have designed and implemented People initiatives across the employee lifecycle
- You have global HR experience having worked in remote first organisations.
- Experience with global mobility, including handling different employment statuses, visas, and employees in various countries.
- Generalist HR experience, understanding rules and regulations of employing people, performance management, culture, etc.
- CIPD-level HR qualification.
- Experience working with fast-paced tech teams preferably working at multiple startups.
- You know how to track, interpret and utilise People data
- You've worked with HRISs and ATSs
- You have an in-depth knowledge of employment laws and know how to stay compliant when engaging employees and contractors globally
