Wenup, an innovative startup specialising in couples agreements such as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to play a key role in driving the growth of an innovative start-up.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities :
- Inbound Sales : Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing detailed information about our services and converting leads into clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- B2B Partnerships : Identify and forge strategic B2B partnerships to expand our reach and enhance our service offerings.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with partners to ensure mutual success.
- Business Development : Work closely with the founder to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Product Articulation : Communicate the technical aspects of our product to potential clients and partners in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market demands.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with the founder and other team members across various functions to support overall business objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the company’s vision and growth.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit : A self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical products clearly.
- B2B Sales : Experience in B2B sales and partnership development is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and optimise strategies.
- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
