GROW MY TREE is a Berlin-based climate-tech company that makes tree planting accessible and affordable for B2C and B2B customers. With an expanding global network of tree-planting partners, our goal is to become the leading tree-planting platform for neutralizing CO2 emissions and creating environmental awareness but also empowering communities and creating jobs. That’s because we deeply believe in the economic and social impact of planting trees, just as much as the environmental impact. We’ve planted over 500,000 trees so far which translates roughly into 11,000,000 kg of CO2 being offset. It's a whole lot of work to save our planet A - so let's get started.

Your role - Partnership & Sales Manager for DACH Region

  • You are responsible for the full B2B sales cycles for customers in the DACH region from making discovery calls and explaining our product to closing deals and building long-term partnerships
  • You will handle the account management of key projects and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • You actively maintain relationships with customers, networks and multipliers and work towards establishing fruitful partnerships
  • You will handle inbound leads, but are also expected to research and acquire new B2B customers independently, e.g. through events, networks, social media, over the phone
  • You have a holistic view of all related disciplines that drive our growth - sales, B2B and B2B2C marketing & customer relationship management
  • You maintain and develop sales presentations and material
  • You evaluate the results of our sales and growth channels and identify scalable and repeatable opportunities to grow the business nationally in Germany and internationally and constantly explore new business opportunities
  • You contribute to a long-term growth vision together with the Founder team
  • You are responsible for sales KPIs, including reporting and projecting using our CRM

What you should bring with you

 

  • You stand behind the vision of tackling climate change and are burning to realize this vision together with us
  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in B2B sales
  • You know your way around a CRM system (bonus points for Zoho)
  • You have excellent sales skills and methods, recognize business opportunities and you inspire with your positive, cooperative and winning manner
  • You have a demonstrated ability to successfully work within a cross-functional team
  • Important: You are fluent in German as well as English and have strong communication and presentation skills
