My client, a digital start-up AI Software Builder is looking for a Strategic Alliance Partnership Manager to help grow Studio Store partnerships across the globe and drive scale through this channel.

This can be a fully remote role or hybrid your choice !

The start-up specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life.

Last year they secured $29.5m of funding to scale our growth in Europe. They already have three offices in LA, Delhi, and London and recently hit 250 employees globally.

A key focus for them this year is to significantly grow their London operation.

The Strategic Alliance Partnership Manager will be adept at identifying strategic companies to enter into commercial partnerships with the goal of driving sales, co-marketing and mutually-beneficial strategies.

Our partners help SMBs through various relevant technologies and services, and partnering with Studio Store allows them to help their customers on their digitisation journey while expanding need for partners' services.

You will evangelise the Studio Store business and help partners deliver transformational digital products to their customers.

We currently work with leading main street banks, digital agencies, workspace providers, and other partners in providing solutions for their customers.

What you'll do :

Acquire new partners into the partner program and establish productive ongoing relationships through business planning and goal setting

Manage the strategy, execution, and integration of new strategic partnerships

Support the overall revenue targets through your network of partners

Be the go-between for partners and the internal teams to ensure partner’s success KPIs are met

Increase the productivity of the existing partners through structured partnership process including supporting strategic planning and training sessions for partners

Collaborate internally with product and operations teams to help deliver on, and develop, new business models

Own, measure and grow partnership initiatives against identified KPIs, including testing and optimization efforts to maximize partnership and business performance and achieve established goals

Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for the offering and inform future business opportunities and priorities


5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management focused role within the software industry

Customer or partner account management experience and working at scale.

Success building and managing channel partner relationships is highly preferred.

PLUS, proficient knowledge of setting up different partnerships (alliances with large enterprises and tech, affiliate partnerships, etc)

Several examples of successfully helping partners achieve their goals and exceed yours

You are an exceptional communicator (both written and oral) and capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Organized, entrepreneurial and able to operate with autonomy within a team structure

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and the ability to grow a pipeline from scratch

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns

Resilient, determined and able to dig in to get results through managing relationships and pipelines
