Do you enjoy working in a small, carefully-selected agile team ("pod") to win, serve, and enable clients in your region? Keen to play a key role to build the next DACH Champion? Teaming up with an Account Executive (responsible for enterprise clients) and a Technical Account Manager (responsible for pre-sales, training, client care), you will play a critical role in winning and delivering an end-to-end digital-twin solution to a variety of targeted clients in your region. YOU WILL WORK ON:
  • Working closely with your agile team or "pod," you are the partner account owner responsible for managing and upselling all Mapping & Solution Partner clients in your region
  • Leading the recruitment of new Mapping & Solution Partner clients, aligned with your pod targets
  • Having responsibility in your pod for revenue from NavVis mapping trolleys booked, Partner-led customer opportunities, other Partner revenue lines, and pipeline accuracy
  • Collaborating closely with your pod team members (Technical Account Manager & Account Executive) to bring our digital twin solution to a variety of targeted clients in your region
  • Developing a deep understanding of our Partner business models & customer pain points
  • Shaping, and building-onto our use cases, in particular the usage of digital technology in the surveying, construction, & building management industries
YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in B2B sales from a technology-focused firm from the architecture, engineering or construction Industries, ideally 5+ yrs
  • Demonstrated an ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level
  • Proven that you can thought-partner with, coach, upskill & guide Partner clients
  • A strong network of relevant clients
  • Remarkable listening skills as well as fantastic presentation & communication abilities (spoken and written)
  • Enthusiasm and an affinity for technology, enabling you to understand and explain to customers what can be done with NavVis technology
  • Fluent, native-speaker-like spoken and written German and very good English skills
  • Shown in your previous experience that you can skillfully manage your sales pipeline, produce good and reliable forecasts, and close deals with a high conversion rate
  • Willingness to travel across your region to meet customers in person
