HIGH5 is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Specialist who can develop and build an outbound sales process from scratch and launch an automated leadgen machine in collaboration with marketing. The hats you will wear:

• Sales Process Creation: Develop, build and automate a robust sales process to drive success in the SaaS B2B domain from finding and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
• Lead Generation: Use your expertise in market research, email campaigns, and cold emailing & calling to identify potential clients.
• Account Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they consistently find value in our offerings. Your feedback will directly influence our product development.

An ideal candidate will have:

• +3 years experience in sales, out of which ideally +2 years in HRTech / SaaS B2B segment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Hands-on resourceful attitude
• Curiosity to learn and try new approaches
• Passionate about personal development / self-help topics
