    Description

    Your greatest responsibilities will be:

    • Handle new client requests, converting them into new bookings
    • Manage the relationship with our Partners efficiently, building trust
    • Deal with changes/add-ons to bookings and special requests from B2B clients
    • Supervise the quality of all the events booked by your clients
    • Participate in the organisation of events which help us reinforce our visibility and attract new clients
    • Participe in our strategy to increase the retention and frequency of purchases of our clients
    • Work in collaboration with the company's founders and the rest of the team, sharing feedback you daily receive from clients and partners
    • Help onboarding new partners if needed

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Native French speaker
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Customer care / sales talent, very comfortable with conversations on the phone
    • With at least 1 year of university/college experience
    • English and/or German language skills are a big bonus
    • Being trustworthy and enjoying strong autonomy
    • Available for at least 4 months full-time
    • Possible start dates: September 2017, January 2018
