Description
Your greatest responsibilities will be:
- Handle new client requests, converting them into new bookings
- Manage the relationship with our Partners efficiently, building trust
- Deal with changes/add-ons to bookings and special requests from B2B clients
- Supervise the quality of all the events booked by your clients
- Participate in the organisation of events which help us reinforce our visibility and attract new clients
- Participe in our strategy to increase the retention and frequency of purchases of our clients
- Work in collaboration with the company's founders and the rest of the team, sharing feedback you daily receive from clients and partners
- Help onboarding new partners if needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Native French speaker
- Great interpersonal skills
- Customer care / sales talent, very comfortable with conversations on the phone
- With at least 1 year of university/college experience
- English and/or German language skills are a big bonus
- Being trustworthy and enjoying strong autonomy
- Available for at least 4 months full-time
- Possible start dates: September 2017, January 2018
