Operations Manager

Job description

As an Operations Manager, you will have key role in improving existing processes, prepare the market entrance and guide strategic decisions so that our clients can have an outstanding experience on our platform.

You will spend time on:

• Collaborating directly with the CEO and the CTO on the company's everyday operations
• Co-leading strategic planning initiatives as well as business review sessions
• Designing and/or improving processes and channels to communicate business performance
• Handle Escape's accounting, financial and legal operations, communicating on a daily basis with each of these services
• Handle Escape's Public Relations and Human Resources related operations (drafting and publishing media communications and job offers, lead recruitment processes,

Starting: September 2022 - Salary: €35k + 200€ / m lunch vouchers + Navigo pass

Profile:

• You have had previous experience in a startup or in management consulting , as an analyst, or with a sales operations role
• You graduated with a Master degree in Business
• Proficiency in Excel, in data and financial analysis
• You are fluent in both French and English
• You are a (very) quick-learner
