Operations Director of Odyss3y Accelerator Consulting · · Fully Remote

Currently, our Consulting Department is in search of the Operations Director of Odyss3y Accelerator , who will be responsible for guiding and managing a team.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Guide and manage a team to support the accelerator s operations, including the organization of cohorts, demo days, and events
• Financial Management : Direct financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal health
• Business Growth : Utilize business development skills and a vast network to create strategic partnerships and drive growth
• Marketing and Events : Oversee all marketing activities and spearhead the planning and execution of acceleration cohorts, demo days, and both online and offline events
• Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and other key stakeholders, enhancing our ecosystem s collaborative spirit

Requirements :

• Financial management expertise
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial, operational, or business development role within a Web3 or Web2 accelerator, including significant experience organizing acceleration cohorts, demo days, and events
• Success in business development, negotiations, and comprehensive marketing strategy implementation
• A robust network within the Web3, Web2, and startup ecosystems. A goal-oriented, rapid learner with a straightforward approach to tackling challenges
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
• Master s degree in a related field
