As the Office Manager, you will support the KONUX team regarding administrative tasks. You will perform a variety of tasks related to office management from office supply orders, arranging business trips to preparative accounting. You adapt quickly to a new environment, you want to be challenged by your work and you are able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing the big picture. If you are passionate about your job, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes, we want you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle and improve daily administrative tasks and processes
  • Take care of preparative (payroll) accounting
  • Arrange business trips for our employees
  • Welcome our guests and be the company’s face for external service companies
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies
  • Maintain our storage closets and common work areas
  • Ensure kitchen supplies are always in stock
  • Receive, distribute incoming and send outgoing mail and packages
  • Contribute to our company culture by providing the best support for our employees

Your Profile

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative position
  • Superb personal organization skills
  • Continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
  • Ability to conduct arrangements with external service companies and negotiate offers
  • Autonomous working style
  • Very good computer skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Motivated, structured and proactive working style
  • Full working proficiency in English and German
