As Tagvenue’s ‘Operations Development Manager’, your role will be to ensure that all operations and staff are supported and systems maintained across all sites at all times. In a busy environment your multi tasking skills will be put to the test daily to support the team. This is a broad role broken down roughly into 30% HR Executive, 40% client support, 30% operations administration.

The skills you will need to do this role will be an extremely flexible approach to work, articulate, diligent, strong positive communication skills (happy to ask if you don’t know something) and an openness and willingness to approach a role where the daily needs will change in a fast paced working environment.


  • Support the Management and the Business’s day to day needs

  • Responding to customer enquiries and venue requests (UK customers and venues)

  • Human resources, Marketing and Finance support as and when needed

  • Optimize admin and logistics flows to improve the effectiveness of operations

  • Responsibility for all HR documentation

  • Document and presentation preparation

  • Organise and ensure that all office supplies are in correct levels

  • * Projects – to pick up research projects as and when required


  • Detail oriented, intelligent, results driven

  • Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision

  • Good team spirit and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Flexibility - adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups

  • 1 year plus in a similar role

  • Computer Literate

  • Very good with numbers

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Days of work: Monday to Friday 9:30 – 18:00
