We are looking for a qualified Mobile Integration Engineer/Tech Product Manager candidate to join our US subsidiary to assist the team to take on ownership of the technical advertiser integration process.
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist in onboarding of new clients beginning with the contract signing and remaining as a technical adviser and project manager throughout the client lifecycle
- Provide necessary documentation, project plans, and technical guidance to ensure seamless onboarding of clients
- Work and consult with our partners to find the best way to integrate and troubleshoot any integration or tracking issues
- Analyze issues or bugs reported by account managers or clients and know our products inside and out to instruct partners on optimal configurations
- Interface externally with partner’s product, technical, and business owner counterparts
- Coordinate with our engineering team as needed to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to the partner’s satisfaction
- Monitor existing integrations and resolve any errors found with the client’s attribution and documentation, enabling all parties to work with our product, ensuring that these can be integrated easily into the systems of our partners
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline
- 1-3 years of working experience in development of web applications, tech-based quality assurance or a similar technical field
- Significant experience using SQL/skills in common web and mobile technologies, such as XML/XSLT, HTML/HTML5, SSL, JavaScript, Flash
- A customer-oriented mindset – the ambition to ensure the best possible experience for our publishers
- Persistency to get to the bottom of complicated and/or inconsistent technical issues
- Good communication skills and great team player
- The ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, challenging startup environment
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a big plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours in order to be available work with our European office
- Ability to interact effectively with the client’s tech teams as well as interface with business teams as needed
