Medical Reporting / Services Arcensus is a genetic health start-up. We are active in performing and brokering comprehensive genetic diagnostics via global digital healthcare platforms to provide actionable information directly to all in need, significantly improving the medical care. Provide post-test genetic counseling (by telephone or video) to patients related to their test results Communicate with clients, sales representatives, and other team members to ensure an optimal provision of patient and client care Contribute to the creation of innovative, scalable models of delivering genetic counseling services Assist with the development of the Genetic Counseling Services program Set up medical reporting structures and processes, build medical reporting team PHD / Human Geneticist 2+ years of clinical professional experience Eligible to obtain and maintain genetic counselor licensure in any state requiring licensure Passionate about providing quality patient care Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving needs and progressive workflows Function independently within small and large teams Forward-and analytical thinker with initiative and problem-solving skills Strong, effective, direct communicator Flexible working hours and the option to work from home Working in a fast growing, international and well-funded start-up company in one of the most disruptive market segments in digital health Strong team culture with regular team events and off-sites, support with visa application and relocation Highly innovative working environment with best available technology and world class partners.
