In Leeuwarden you will work at an innovative start-up that focuses on the development of robotics for the agricultural sector. This young company consists of 40 employees and is growing fast.
As a Mechanical Fitter, you play an important role in building and improving robotic systems that are used on farms around the world. The work environment is informal, but very driven. You work closely with engineers and software developers to build and test prototypes. Your knowledge of mechanics directly contributes to the further growth and development of the products.

Job content:
- You build complex transmission systems for the automotive industry according to technical drawings and specifications
- You perform functional tests on the installed systems and ensure correct operation
- You perform modifications and repairs on existing systems to adapt them to customer needs
- You work together with the engineering team to continuously improve processes and production systems
- You keep accurate documentation of the work performed and test results
Job requirements:
- You have completed a vocational education in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Mechanics.
- You have knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and can assemble and test them independently.
- You have experience in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
- You have analytical thinking skills and can quickly understand mechanical problems.
- You can work independently and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
- You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are flexible in your deployment, for example for emergency services.
- you are proficient in the Dutch language

- A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,600 depending on your experience.
- Working in a 3-shift system with a shift allowance of 20%.
