We are looking for a talented and experienced marketing and sales associate with an entrepreneurial mind and startup attitude to lead and take our Business, Marketing and Sales department to the next level. You should have:
● University degree or equivalent working experience in Life Sciences, Pharma or related field
● At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales & marketing role
● Detail oriented, posses quantitative and analytical skills
● A result-driven and organized individual
● High-level communication and networking skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● Good project management skills.
● Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Your responsibilities:
● Manage all phases of the sales cycle. Everything from generating leads and meeting with potential clients, to final negotiations and deal closing.
● Prepare marketing and sales strategies
● Prepare marketing materials, including commercial catalogs, flyers
● Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
● Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services
● Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
● Participate in biotech events: conferences, congresses and trade fairs.
● Manage and update the company website
