You will report to the Responsible of Marketing Operation and Sales Enablement and you will have to work closely with Sales team to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver (marketing’s role) and work (sales’ role) the highest quality leads. You will help the Marketing and Sales team to have the right tools and support in place to ensure the growth of the company in a scalable way. You will help in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of Marketing activity.

You will:

  • Watch and investigate different sources of leads (website, newsletter…) to feed our prospect database
  • Cautiously qualify the value of a prospect for our business and identify the key decision makers
  • Automatize and scale the processes of prospect identification and qualification
  • Help in improving marketing and sales workflows - mainly in Salesforce
  • Help in reporting on the health of the prospect pipeline and the the global activity KPIs
  • Watch competition moves to provide sales with the right battle cards
  • Help in building powerful material for sales teams in order to improve the closure of the deals

You are:

  • Finishing up your masters degree with an excellent track record, and you possess over an equal amount of street credits!
  • Tech savvy and passionate about the start-up scene
  • Growth hacker
  • Quick learner and comfortable with multitasking
  • Somebody with a proactive attitude
  • Somebody with strong problem solving skills
  • An independent worker with proven ability to work well with others
  • Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis (Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge about programming or scraping is a plus
