    Description

Who are we and why should you care?

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We offer an all-in-one platform for CRM, sales, project management and invoicing, helping more than 5,000 SMEs work smarter. We’re growing at rocket speed, and are enjoying every bit of this rollercoaster ride: in just 1,5 years, we opened 4 new offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid, and Milan. Exciting times lie ahead; Paris will follow soon. Our ambition stretches far and beyond: we want to become Europe’s #1 in our industry. Today, our team consists of over 140 people and is still growing strong.

Scale-up, you say? Yes, we are already playing with the big guys. We have the make-it-happen attitude of a startup but the resources and skills of a scale-up. Our team is packed with experts in their field, we have tried-and-tested playbooks to benefit from, and plenty of resources at your disposal.

To build our German market, we’re looking for a Marketeer in our Berlin office located in the WeWork collaborative workspace at Kurfürstendamm amongst other cool start- and scaleup companies.

What an average work week looks like

There’s rarely a dull day in the office. You work closely alongside our German technical marketeer and are responsible for setting up marketing activities to generate Marketing and Sales Qualified leads. With your laser-focus on targets and milestones at all times, you do what it takes to achieve success. With the help of our international and regional content marketing experts, you create a variety of content such as blog articles, social media posts, and ebooks to help support our local strategy.

You’re a true content wizard that knows what it takes to create effective content that generates leads. You’re in charge of maintaining everything related to the brand and communication. A key part of this position is generating overall awareness for the Teamleader brand in the DACH market. What’s more, you know the ins and outs of online and offline PR and regularly step out into the field to organise and manage events and networking opportunities that are really relevant to us. In addition, you’re in contact with the press and influencers, and create content for editorials, thought leadership articles and press releases.

Sounds like something for you? You would be a great fit for this job if you:

    • Have at least 2 years of relevant online marketing experience in B2B
    • Have a creative mindset: you love coming up with new ideas on the fly and love to think out of the box (this is really key)
    • Are a challenger for the team as well as an open, outgoing and independent person with a self-starter attitude
    • Enjoy working with an international team of really kind-hearted, passionate people
    • Have proven skills of copywriting and content creation
    • Have a genuine interest in the German startup scene: you regularly attend meetups, startup festivals, and so on
    • PR, community building, sparking online conversations is your thing
    • Have a passion for all things digital
    • Hubspot and SEO experience is a plus
    • You know the challenge digitization creates for companies
    • Are proficient in German (mother tongue) and English

    What we have in store

Teamleader is a fast-growing company with a one-of-a-kind company culture, home to an energetic bunch of people who raise the bar high for themselves and bend over backwards to help a company grow. We regularly take some time away from the office for teambuilding activities to bond and mingle with colleagues. If you take on an adventure at Teamleader, you join a team of seasoned experts and young, ambitious professionals with plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and self-development. Every Friday we organise ‘Friday Food’ where we have lunch together paid for by Teamleader.

Following our HQ in Ghent, and a booming office in Amsterdam in February 2015 we opened up a new one in the historic core of Berlin in September 2015. To help you grow this exciting market, we make sure you have the proper tools to shape the future of it and contribute to the success of our European expansion story.
