Your main responsibilities:

  • Implement a multichannel Digital Marketing strategy to achieve the business goals in your country.
  • Marketing actions from other countries and the headquarter will guide you but you will also have to be creative to fit the local market
  • Define and implement a B2B marketing strategy aligned with regional sales strategies
  • Design, creation and launch of lead generation campaigns (Social Ads, Display, SEM...) and out of the box offline campaigns
  • Adaptation and creation of sales materials (presentations, videos, clients testimonials,...)
  • Define and implement B2C Marketing strategy (acquisition of our individual deliverers)
  • Design, creation and launch of acquisition advertising campaigns (Social Ads, Display, SEM...)
  • Community management through our social media accounts
  • Produce valuable & engaging content (for website, email, press relations, blog,...) to build and improve Shopopop's brand awareness
  • Measure KPI and track marketing costs

Initial responsibilities will not only include handling Marketing operations, but will range from Customer service, Sales and Support to Operations.

Wanted profile: Your mandatory skills: Native / bilingual german - MANDATORY English: advanced level In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms Knowledge of growth hacking. Willing to wear many hats in marketing and learn new skills to implement actions Set yourself apart: Understanding of the main marketing KPIs

Have worked in Marketing on an agency or Startup Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing Not afraid to take decisions and deal well with failures What we offer: Working within a multicultural environment.
