We are looking for a :

Marketing Automation Specialist

As a part of the Marketing Team, you will play a key role in the project of evaluation, definition, and implementation of marketing automation and CRM integrations.

You will also act as the owner of our marketing automation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate marketing automation tools and help us decide the one that fits better with our needs. Act as the leader within the Marketing Team in configuring the tool, being the main point of contact for the Tech and Data teams during the project.
  • Co-design the marketing automation strategy including the communication calendar, segmentation, and personalization of messages.
  • Help design the buyer journey and support it with actions via email marketing.
  • Creation, tracking, and optimization of the journey.
  • Detect conversion opportunities for specific segments, developing action plans to activate them. Implement and optimize CRM and lead-generation workflows : validation rules, triggers, alerts, automated responses, etc.
  • Analyzing and benchmarking open rates, click-through rates, etc.
  • The position involves high levels of communication with the Marketing Team (Brand, Email, Social media, and Performance specialists), Sales, Data, and IT teams.
  • Manage data hygiene and administration of our marketing automation tool.

Requirements

  • Preferred : Marketing or Technical Degree
  • Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML and technical aspects of email marketing.
  • You are up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Based in Madrid
