As part of our exciting growth plans we are looking to appoint a creative, motivated forward thinking Marketing Apprentice who would like the experience to lead and a develop digital marketing communications, strategy and execution with responsibility for all B2B communication, PR activities, budgets, and analysis. Within this position you will hold the key for the development and implementation of advertising material supporting the sales force with tailor made arrangements, promotions and activation including social media, owned and paid digital channels
The ideal person will have an entrepreneurial mindset to allow for quick decision making and action.
This is an enormously exciting and multifaceted role that calls for an intuitive understanding of products, markets and sales channels, complemented by a talent for numbers and an insight into commercial interrelationships so we really are looking for an exceptional candidate, with strong knowledge of the sales/marketing function with sharp analytical mind and a determination to get things done, from planning through to execution.
Working in close relationship with the General Manager you will be responsible for developing the Strategic Business Review (3 year plan) for their brands and accelerating the brands’ growth both within the existing portfolio as well as with new product launches. You will receive the expertise you need to work in a dynamic team and the opportunity to fast track in to a senior position within the company

We were always a vital part of the birth of a new product.
We were there to design for manufacture, source components and set up manufacturing lines.
Everything for the customer to deliver their new products to market.
But for us, something was missing.
All we could think about was our inspiration to design stuff in a different way and integrate new technologies and ideas into other products. We are inspired by more effective and exciting ways to manufacture products that we want, be seen with, and use ourselves. But most of all, we wanted to 'Have Fun Doing It'.
