Market Research Analyst (m/w/d)

Your job:

• In this exciting position, you will be responsible for organizing and managing market and customer research activities within the Lighting Brands.
• You will take ownership of customer insight and satisfaction surveys, which you will communicate to management and stakeholders on a regular basis
• You will actively support with the development of market models, including analyzes into lighting applications, products etc
• You will keep an eye on our peers and competitors, as well as scout start-ups and other players in adjacent-to-lighting industries
• From this, you derive appropriate measures for the Lighting Brands and thus make an important contribution to the corporate strategy, and to internal stakeholders such as top management, marketing and sales
• Last but not least, you analyze and evaluate macroeconomic trends and support the organization with your strong analytical skills

Your profile:

• You hold a degree in marketing, business administration, mathematics or a related field, or you might be a technician with a keen interest in analytical and process-related matters
• With at least 4 years of professional experience, you exude confidence and a sense of authority in your field.
• You can think objectively and analytically
• Your career has provided you with in-depth knowledge of macroeconomic key figures, and you possess a strategic and analytical mindset, enabling you to understand the short- and long-term effects of business decisions.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders and present your findings in a clear and organized manner.
• You are proficient in both written and spoken German and English, and knowledge of other foreign languages, especially French, is advantageous.
• You work well in international settings and are open to traveling (20-30%)
• You are a digital native, and are competent in SAP, PowerBI, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• A team player at heart, you bring a hands-on approach and have the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Your structured and independent work style, combined with your solution-oriented approach, ensures success in your endeavors.
