We're looking for a Market Research Analyst who will help us better understand our target audience, competitors, and industry trends — and make data-driven strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research on target audiences: behavior, pain points, motivation, segmentation;
* Analyze competitors: product offerings, pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies;
* Monitor trends in coaching, mentoring, EdTech, and online learning markets (international);
* Prepare reports and actionable recommendations for marketing and product;
* Evaluate potential opportunities for new products or niches;
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams.
Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in market research, marketing analytics, or strategic analysis;
* Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods;
* Ability to find, verify, and structure information from public sources;
* Skilled in report writing and presentation tools (Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, structured thinking;
* Background in online education, coaching, or B2B is a strong plus.
