We have been moving quickly from the start-up phase into growth & scaling-up and are therefore looking for support in our Office Team who will help us creating a great working environment for all ViriCitizen. Your job
As our Lunch Coordinator & Office Support your main responsibility will be the daily lunch preparation for all our hungry ViriCitizens. While the ViriCitizens will make their own sandwiches and wraps, they are always happy to find some nice diversion on the daily lunch table. Maybe a lovely made fresh salad, a soup or some hot-dogs? Be as creative as you want – and don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have chef skills (yet). Have fun and get to know our ViriCitizens during their lunch break. Besides providing a healthy lunch we also expect you to keep an eye on the office’s appearance.
What you will be doing
- Prepare and set up daily office lunch
- Keep track of lunch stock and communicate new orders to Office Management
- Take care of the office’s appearance (e.g. water plants, check meeting rooms etc.)
Requirements
- Availability of about 10-15 hours on a weekly basis (during lunch hours)
- Living in Amsterdam
- Experience in hospitality is a big plus
- You are a pro-active, flexible and able to work independently
- You are communicative, creative and think in solutions
