We're seeking a Lead Process or Automation Engineer to join this great company.

Role responsibilities

Your daily tasks as Lead Process / Automation Engineer will encompass :

  • Crafting and strategizing measurement, control, and regulation technology for test benches, plant, and power plant applications, meticulously considering both software and hardware components.
  • Innovating and developing system components and instrumentation.
  • Conducting commissioning and testing activities for individual components and complete systems.
  • Spearheading the management and ongoing development of the application team.

Ideal Requirements

We're seeking individuals with :

  • A completed engineering degree, specializing in process or chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Relevant professional experience as an Automation Engineer or similar within a similar environment, complemented by demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Matlab / Simulink or PLC / PLC programming.
  • Fundamental understanding of electrical engineering (an added advantage).
  • Knowledge in the realm of plant and power plant construction (an additional advantage).
  • A penchant for thriving in a dynamic team.
  • A collaborative spirit, impeccable communication skills, enthusiasm, and a proclivity for autonomous work.
  • Proficient German language skills, at least at the B2 level.
