Please note that German and English skills are mandatory. Our HR team consists of 3 people.
- Lead and coordinate the IT recruiting process from the first point of contact until onboarding
- Write job descriptions, understand technical requirements and post jobs ad in various job portals
- Identifying and addressing top candidates via social media channels and professional networks (e.g. Xing and LinkedIn)
- Conduct screening interviews for various positions and coordinate interviews for later stages
- You will develop sold relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Keeping up with the latest HR trends and attending meet-ups
Our Perfect Match:
- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, psychology or a related field
- You have relevant work experience in IT recruitment in an international company
- Interest in HR Tech and the startup world
- Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- A driven and charismatic personality with lots of sales attitude
- You have excellent communication skills in English and German
- High attention to detail and creativity - find where undiscovered talent is lurking
