- TURNN, a startup within the ICT Group, is looking for an enthusiastic junior sales person to roll out a new concept in the business market;
Mobility as a Service. This is an app for employees in which all forms of transport are made accessible. From cars and public transport to shared scooters, in short, all forms of transport are possible via the TURNN app.
We help employers to provide insight into mobility costs, reduce CO2 emissions and we provide flexible mobility solutions.
With a good number of launching customers, TURNN is well on its way to becoming the mobility partner of the Dutch business community. To allow TURNN to grow further, we are looking for the hunter type, someone who opens the door and comes to the table, someone who is passionate about our app and who knows how to translate this into the future of mobility.
You take prospects who struggle with the mobility issue into the possibilities that the app can offer and you know how to introduce TURNN as a valued partner for this.
You start with your own region and are able to independently recruit new customers.

At the moment we still work from home as much as possible. As soon as the weather is possible, we offer the possibility to work hybrid, at home and at the office.
What are you going to do :
- Cold acquisition, you enter our potential customers;
- Developing new propositions together with the sales team.
- Advising employers on mobility.
- Expanding active app users with existing customers.
- Building a sales funnel.
- Building and maintaining a network within the mobility landscape'.
Who are we looking for:
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level;
- You have been active in sales for 1-2 years;
- You are able to enthusiastically pitch our services and don't let a 'no' stop you;
- Able to give product presentations to employees and employers;
- You enjoy working in a startup culture with all the advantages and disadvantages that come with it;
- Proactive and creative;
- You are independent and thrive in a highly variable work environment.
