Wir suchen einen motivierten (Junior) Recruiter (m/w/x) für unser Büro im Berliner Prenzlauer Berg.

Was Dich erwartet:

• Du wirst Teil unseres Human Resources Teams und stehst unserem Head of HR unterstützend zur Seite
• Du unterstützt uns dabei die besten Kandidaten zu finden – von der Erstellung der Stellenanzeige, über die Auswahl geeigneter Recruiting Kanäle bis hin zur finalen Entscheidung
• Auf- und Ausbau unserer Recruiting Kanäle
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Direktansprache von Kandidaten (z.B. über Xing oder LinkedIn)
• Du assistierst uns in der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen auf geeigneten Jobportalen
• Du sichtest Bewerbungen, planst und führst eigenständig Interviews durch

Deine bisherige Erfahrung:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Kommunikations- oder Geisteswissenschaften
• Du besitzt eine interdisziplinäre Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kannst die Kandidaten begeistern und durch den Bewerbungsprozess führen
• Du hast Freude an einer dynamischen Unternehmenskultur und schätzt ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit
• Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf sehr gutem Niveau

(Junior) Recruiter (m/f/x) - Full-time in Berlin, Germany

HeavenHR has been founded in 2015. We're a dynamic start-up located in Berlin and are supported by experienced business angels and international investors. Our mission at HeavenHR is to provide the only software businesses need to manage their human resources. Our goal is to help companies save time and focus on what they are really good at. From onboarding to payroll, we connect all separate HR processes into a single and easy-to-use platform.

We're seeking for a motivated (Junior) Recruiter (m/f/x) to help us grow HeavenHR. The position is based at our office in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg.

Your day-to-day

• Become part of our HR team and support our Head of HR
• Find exceptional candidates for our company by creating job advertisements, deciding which channels to use and closing candidates
• Growing and identifying recruiting channels
• Phone screen candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers
• Active sourcing of candidates via social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn and Xing)
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in reporting

What you'll bring to the team

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics or social sciences or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to maintain strong relationships with candidates and supporting and guiding them through the hiring process
• Proven project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress and roadblocks
• Passion for tech
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity
• Flexible, able to change direction quickly
• Proficient in German and English
