Our aim is to transform the traditional wealth management industry, making first class investment services available to everyone. Our management team combines deep capital markets experience and e-commerce know-how with decades of academic research into financial markets.

 

As an Operations Manager, you will

  • Coordinate with our external business partners in close collaboration with the Investment Management Team
  • Responsible for all operational tasks on a daily basis
  • Monitor and support production processes together with the engineering teams
  • Develop and optimise existing processes and their conceptual implementation
  • Be the main subject-specific contact person for the topics mentioned above within the company

As an Operations Manager, you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, finance, economics or equivalent
  • An affinity for capital market products and background in financial industry or digital solutions
  • Experience in a multicultural environment (study or work abroad) is a plus
  • Planning and prioritizing skills of responsibilities including ongoing and ad hoc projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle large data sets with SQL or other programming languages is a plus
  • Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
