As an Operations Manager, you will
- Coordinate with our external business partners in close collaboration with the Investment Management Team
- Responsible for all operational tasks on a daily basis
- Monitor and support production processes together with the engineering teams
- Develop and optimise existing processes and their conceptual implementation
- Be the main subject-specific contact person for the topics mentioned above within the company

As an Operations Manager, you have
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, finance, economics or equivalent
- An affinity for capital market products and background in financial industry or digital solutions
- Experience in a multicultural environment (study or work abroad) is a plus
- Planning and prioritizing skills of responsibilities including ongoing and ad hoc projects simultaneously
- Ability to handle large data sets with SQL or other programming languages is a plus
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
