As our Junior HR Manager you will be part of the heart of our international team - the operations department. We make sure that our amazing talents have everything they need to focus on their work and that they are well supported in all their work-related needs in order to have their minds free to create awesomeness! Overall our team works in a balanced, well-organized and fun environment.  Are you a people person wanting to help our team grow and have a great impact on shaping the future of our HR department? Than this is your exciting opportunity to become part of our DOJO MADNESS team:


Your tasks would include:

- Help setting up and improving HR processes

- Support the whole recruiting process by writing exciting job specs, reviewing applications and organising onboarding duties

- Be the face of HR within the company

- Help organising regular team events (e.g. summer event, christmas party, Beer Pong and Poker nights, etc.)


Whom are we looking for:

- A candidate with excellent German and English skills

- A creative problem solver

- A candidate with a hands-on, can-do attitude, strongly motivated to getting things done

- A juggler who has excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects at once seamlessly

- A candidate with good IT skills, especially knowledge of Excel and G Suite

Nice to have, but not required:

- Experience in working within a startup environment
