The Role
We are looking for a Junior Account Managerfor SMB in the SpanishMarket to join our Customer Experience team to actas the first point of contact with existing customers, answer theirqueries and increase client satisfaction.
You will be in charge ofonboarding and retaining a specific portfolio of clients creatinglong-term relationships with them, understanding their processesand problems, and detecting product improvements and upsellopportunities.
What will you bedoing:
- Onboard our new Spanishcustomers by assisting them via video call and e-mail untilFactorial is fully implemented in their organization.
- Build strong client relationships and understand theirrequirements through regular video calls in order to createengagement and provide them with product updates.
- Provide after-sales support to retaincustomers.
- Identify upsell opportunities andgenerate a minimum of revenue from each client.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’queries.
- Recognize and proactively reporttrends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution toimprove customers’ journeys and our product.
Your Profile
- You are analytical, organized, and a greatmultitasker.
- You have a digital profile: youenjoy and adapt easily to new tech tools.
- Youare interested in the B2B SaaS environment.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quicklywith people.
- You are proactive and you like toput forward new ideas.
- You have previousexperience in a customer service / sales position, preferably inonline support.
- Speak native-levelSpanish.
- Speak advanced English.
