Your area of responsibility
- Technical and disciplinary management of the department
- Organization of the departmental structure and management of internal departmental processes and roles in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
- Personnel responsibility including resource planning, employee development, skills management and participation in the recruiting process.
- Cross-site technical coordination and control of software development projects.
- Budget responsibility resource planning, cooperation with external parties.
- Development of product strategy in cooperation with product management and executive management and ensuring the sustainability of product development.
- Coordination with other departments
- Definition, continuous improvement and assurance of development and quality guidelines and processes of product development.
- Control of external partner companies
Your profile
- Leadership experience appropriate to the position, as well as experience in managing software development projects.
- Development expert (Java, HTML, continuous integration and deployment, SOAP / RESTful APIs).
- Methodological expertise and experience in agile and classical development processes, quality assurance, software architectures and support processes.
- Ideally knowledge in IT network technology and optimally with VoIP / SIP.
- Prior knowledge in clean code desirable
- Familiar with data protection issues
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
