Job Summary:

Sitel Group are seeking motivated HRIS System Specialists to support the HRIS Tier 1 Help Desk. 

Applicants must have a good level of spoken and written English.

This role can be virtual.


  • Manage all HRIS Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide HRIS Tier 1 support to internal customers via phone, email and computer chat
  • Ask appropriate questions and use knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Provide customer assistance, documenting any customer interactions
  • Make any relevant corrections within the HRIS platforms ensuring accuracy
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Escalate issues that extend beyond Tier 1 span of control
  • Perform HRIS system data maintenance and ensure compliance
  • Provide assistance to other IT-HR projects as needed
  • Troubleshoot HRIS system issues, handle data entry inquiries concerning and reinforcing Company policies, while providing timely and friendly customer service

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 1-3 years' Customer Service experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
  • Experience working in a help desk environment is a plus
  • Team Player
  • Strong interpersonal, oral / written communication and organizational skills
  • Good level of written and spoken English is essential
  • Must be able to research, solve problems effectively and manage issues to satisfactory closure
  • Detail-oriented & critical thinking ability
  • PC proficient with the ability to use a variety of software packages including MS Suite Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Kronos timekeeping systems are a plus
  • Ability to work under general supervision
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service satisfaction by listening, understanding and guiding through issues to closure
  • Ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately and completely either verbally or in writing
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to detail, accuracy and poise under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively explain designated policies and procedures and system related issues to internal customers of all levels
