In our friendly and helpful team you will take over the following activities:
- Whether by chat, mail or phone: you are contact: in for all technical questions of our client's customers about hardware, software or possible applications.
- Technical facts you bring customers simply, calmly and understandably close.
- You advise customers comprehensively on the possibilities and functions of their products.

Your Skills :
You have already worked in technical service, as a call center agent in IT support or as an employee : in the helpdesk?
Or is your technology passion and in dealing with common hardware and software around topics such as PC, Internet and mobile communications you are very confident?
- Very good written and spoken German, as well as business fluent English skills we assume (B2 level desirable).
- Your working method is characterized by a structured and systematic approach.
- You keep a calm head and the overview, even if the solution does not work at the first attempt.
- A good internet connection and a quiet working environment in the home office you also bring.

The start bonus is valid for all new employees: s who start working for our German-English speaking Technical Support in a home office at the work-at-home location in Düsseldorf in the period from 1.
10.2022 to 30.11.2022. The start-up bonus is exclusively for this project. The claim is due in 2 installations. A claim in the amount of 500 € is due after the successful start of the training.
A claim in the amount of another 1000 € will be due with your salary after successful completion of the training.
Excluded from the bonus are employees who have already been employed by a Concentrix company in the previous 12 months. Likewise, only employees who are employed in a full home office and who are not hired through a personnel service provider, a temporary employment agency or a recruitment agency are eligible for this bonus.
