Job description: We are looking for a bright enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Support Analyst to join our busy support team based in Crewe. Assisi, part of ClearCourse, is a mature, industry leading veterinary practice management software that caters for small animal, large animal/farm and equine treatment. Key duties and responsibilities: Dealing directly with clients on a daily basis to field 1st and 2nd line support requests, ensuring client queries get a rapid response. Escalating where necessary to engineering. Taking ownership of support tickets, ensuring they are actioned, and clients are kept informed of progress. Assisting clients with access to and understanding of their data and providing guidance in the use of our services. Configuring our systems at a basic technical level to instance new services and update ongoing services. Updating/helping to produce internal and external documentation of procedures and How To guides. Taking part in requirement gathering that informs direction of future development and projects. Taking part in testing of new products and features and feeding back to engineering.
Essential Skills: Good communications skills and a professional attitude to meeting customer requirements. Ability to work for extended periods without supervision and to take sole responsibility for tasks. Diligence and attention to detail. Network configuration and support experience Office 365
