Join our team as IT M&A Integration Manager (*) In this key role you will build an integration engine, helping venturing options (i.e. M&A, Corporate Venture Building, Alliances & Partnerships, R&D) succeed from a technology (IT) perspective. Namely, by ensuring senior management and team focus on issues that have greatest potential for value creation and by infusing integration efforts with necessary momentum. Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT project teams for M&A – from due diligence until closing and Post Merger Integration (PMI) Work as central contact person between the Corporate M&A team, the CIO and various Corporate IT teams Analyze and value potential M&A targets from a Corporate IT perspective in line with our strategic objectives Evaluate all relevant IT issues during a due diligence including IT security, IT infrastructure, quality of software assets, IT skills, and data migration together with IT Architects Develop and implement together with IT Strategy & Architecture different standards for IT due diligence processes and Corporate IT PMI to “industrialize” the efforts (i.e. technology, process, systems and data, toolbox) as part of the group-wide M&A framework

    Manage decision processes for the Executive Management including building the integration story and communication plans Improve the value capture process from Corporate IT perspective through baseline, plan and execution, hands on As part of the IT Portfolio Management team, improve the IT Portfolio Management Process and SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) as well as extend measurement of KPIs for Corporate IT "Can do" attitude with a high level of intrinsic motivation to overcome challenges day by day Strong will to learn and adapt to a 10x culture in a tech-driven environment Ability to diffuse challenging situations through empathy and a great sense of humor

    Academic degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration or other academic studies with relation to M&A / PMI Experience in evaluating and executing M&A projects, ideally combined with PMI background Professional experience as a consultant or inline functions of the relevant departments in IT-related industries or investment banking Sector/Industry background gained in software/technology businesses (i.e. Microsoft, Airbnb, etc.) Excellent analytical skills, structured working method as well as detailed planning and practical problem-solving skills Storyteller: excellent communication and presentation skills, experienced on board and senior executive level Good understanding of basic technology and architecture-focus, fueled by constant learning motivation Experience in leading projects, providing analysis, and working in global cross-functional teams Excellent knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
