Molecular biology internship

We at GOURMEY are on a mission to bring tasty, safe, sustainable cultured meat to the world. This begins with the iconic French delicacy, foie gras, which we are reinventing at the crossroads of culinary arts and scientific perfection (watch this to learn more). We are looking for a master/engineer student in molecular biology to join the team as an intern for 6 months starting December 2019 or January 2021.

About the role

You will be working with the molecular biology team of GOURMEY. The objectives will be to develop and test an innovative approach to express and purify specific proteins. This project will include building plasmids and strains needed for gene expression and assisting in developing our protein purification process.
