    Be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for an Intern HR & Recruitment (m/f/d) to join our office in Barcelona. As intern, you don't make coffee for us  we have a machine for that. You are an active member of the HR-team where you can contribute your strengths and learn new skills. You will give your support in all stages of the recruitment process and help with the onboarding of new hires.  

    Where your expertise is needed:  

    • Active sourcing of candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Xing etc. 
    • Approach potential candidates for our locations in Europe, India, and the USA  
    • Manage our job postings, organize interviews with the candidates 
    • Support with the organization of hiring days and recruiting events   
    • Participate in university events and other initiatives for students 
    • Support onboarding for new employees 
    • Review and translate job descriptions, policies and other internal documentation  
    • Support the business in achieving growth goals through innovative solutions 

    Requirements

    • Current degree (B.S./M.S.) in psychology, business administration, human resources management, or comparable field 
    • First experience in IT recruitment is an advantage  
    • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint 
    • Structured and reliable work ethics  
    • Interest in automation and digitalization  
    • Very good communication skills, organizational talent with high customer focus 
    • Team player and positive attitude 
    • Written and verbal fluency in English, as well as the availability to work fulltime for 6 months, are a must-have
    • Additional language skills in Spanish, German, or French are an advantage
