International Customer Service Lainate (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Management and prioritization of customer orders and requests
  • Fast and efficient resolution of customer complaints
  • Accurate maintenance of customer service records

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in invoicing is appreciated but not strictly necessary
  • Previous experience in shipping outside the EEC is appreciated but not strictly necessary
