Responsibilities:
- Management and prioritization of customer orders and requests
- Fast and efficient resolution of customer complaints
- Accurate maintenance of customer service records
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in invoicing is appreciated but not strictly necessary
- Previous experience in shipping outside the EEC is appreciated but not strictly necessary
