Job Description
As an Integration Engineer at Qure.ai, you will be at the helm of deploying and integrating our AI-driven healthcare solutions across various NHS trusts and private clients in the UK.
This pivotal role demands a wealth of technical knowledge and a proactive approach to collaboration with clients, ensuring successful technical integrations with a variety of PACS and RIS systems.
You will also participate in integration development, partnering with other teams globally to build robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Develop integration solutions to foster interoperability between Qure.ai and our clients.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all targets and requirements are effectively communicated and met.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Development, Client Success, and Business Development teams to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Document and disseminate knowledge of integration solutions across the organization.
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication across project teams and stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment throughout project phases.
- Utilize robust program management tools and techniques to monitor and report on project progress effectively.
- Provide on-site support and travel to client sites as needed to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Champion and enhance our development lifecycle, including architectural and process standards, source control, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
Skills and Expertise:
- A Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) in Computer Science or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience in a technical role may also be considered.
- A robust background in healthcare IT, particularly with experience in Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS).
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and the ability to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate project needs and potential obstacles.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and clinical staff.
- Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations, NHS operational frameworks, and data protection laws relevant to healthcare IT.
- A strong understanding of HL7 and FHIR,DICOM and DIMSE operations,
- Enterprise integration patterns, API management and strategies, Nextgen Mirth Connect.
- A working knowledge of Java, JavaScript and Python, Docker Postgres SQL,AWS,JSON and XML,
- Infrastructure and networking.
