Ecorobotix is growing! To pursue our mission, we are looking for an Import/Export Assistant Responsibilities : Assist the head of import/export department in day-to-day shipment organization; Ensure transports comply with Incoterms Conditions; Proofread documents and forms; Follow-up with transporters to make sure goods are delivered on time
Requirements: Knowledge of Incoterms; Comfortable in communicating with transport companies and our logistics department; Good knowledge of Business English (any certificate is a plus); (Knowledge of logistics would be a plus); Soft Skills: Methodical and thorough; Able to work under stress; Good interpersonal skills
