The ICC / ECA Center of Entrepreneurship is currently recruiting a Regional Coordinator for the CoE hubs in Africa (consultancy contract) to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

The CoE Regional Coordinator for Africa will be based in Addis Ababa and will be primarily responsible for:

  • Implement the work of the ICC / ECA Centers of Entrepreneurship across Africa, supporting the ECA and ICC leadership, as well as the regional and national hubs established in the continent om enabling programs to support SMEs, entrepreneurs, the youth and women-led business in Africa.
  • Overview the design, creation and implementation of entrepreneurship programs in Africa led by the Centre, including trainings and capacity-building programs focusing on youth, scaling-up start-ups, social-impact entrepreneurship, digitization of SMEs, access to finance for entrepreneurs, and other related areas.
  • Assist the CoE Hubs in Africa creation / implementation of regional entrepreneurship programs, ensuring a regional narrative aligned with ECA and ICC existing programs in the region.
  • Ensure the mapping and inclusion of existing ECA and ICC programs in the offering of the ICC / ECA Center of Entrepreneurship
  • Support the launch strategy of new entrepreneurship programs to be deployed in future regional and national hubs.
  • Lead the external and internal communications strategy for the implementation of the CoE programs in Africa, interlinking / connecting the hubs and partners.
  • Lead the approach with external partner including other multilateral institutions, NGOs, corporates and foundations with the objective of identifying partnerships to enable entrepreneurship programs across the CoE network.
  • Develop a unified comms strategy for the ICC / ECA Centers of Entrepreneurship, in coordination with the heads of the hubs in the region.
  • Develop a unified platform as a one-stop-shop of all CoE programs for Africa.
  • Develop a data expansion strategy for the ICC / ECA Centers of Entrepreneurship, in coordination with the heads of the hubs in the region.


  • A minimum of five years' experience in program management, particularly related to entrepreneurship programs
  • Knowledge of program management principles and demonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage projects
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Commercial spirit, ability to build engagement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Perfect fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages ​​will be appreciated
