Role Highlights As the Director of HR, you will :

  • Lead comprehensive HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Learning and Development, and more.
  • Craft and enforce effective employment policies that align with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the HR team, elevating their skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Enhance organizational culture, ensuring the company's values are deeply integrated at all levels.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally with a mid-large sized startup or scaleup.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, including employment law, workforce development, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, adept at using HR data to drive decision-making and policy development.
  • Experience spearheading HR digital transformations is highly valued.
