BioTalent is seeking a dedicated individual to join one of our Biopharmaceutical clients based in London as HR Business Partner .
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing strategic HR guidance and solutions across the business.
You will be responsible for :
- Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with organisational goals and employee development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with line managers and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support in HR-related matters
- Act as a coach and mentor to line managers, enhancing their capabilities in effective team management
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing HR initiatives within a fast-paced and changing environment
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and adaptation among staff during organisational changes
You will bring the following :
- You must have experience in a HR role working within a highly regulated industry for a small start-up business / VC backed business of 150 employees max
- Degree and CIPD qualified, or equivalent experience within HR roles
- Extensive Employee Relations experience
