About your role

As a member of the People Team, you will support our mission to give our global talents an incredible employee experience.

In addition, the People Team manages employees needs by providing our colleagues, from Working students to the Executive Team, with the resources they need to succeed with their contributions to Yassir.

About your role as HR Working Student

  • You will provide to the Senior HR Manager with administration and maintenance of employee files, documents, contracts, and onboarding.
  • You will work closely with other team members to maintain a high level of customer service with employees and get a good overview of an HR Generalist role.
  • You will support and lead projects in different areas such as process optimization, audio, global benefits, and others based on your experience and interest.

Requirements

  • You are a student in Bachelor's or Master's program and are available full-time for 6 months of Working Student experience.
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills in English and German.
  • You are a self-starter, you have a passion for learning and you can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have an eligible work permit to be considered for this position.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a similar role working in a fast-growing tech startup is a plus.
