Join us as a HR Manager to support us in various operational related topics and take over different recruiting projects by getting a broad insight into the daily HR business.
Your role
- Be responsible for operational tasks such as onboardings/offboardings, visa processes and writing references
- Be one of the first points of contact for our international team and applicants
- Drive recruiting projects in an end-to-end process to ensure a positive candidate experience at any time
- Discover new recruiting channels, pro-actively search for candidates and help optimise our recruiting process
Your profile
- First experience in HR management and recruiting in the start-up environment
- Completed Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or another relevant course of study
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Reliable, organised and solution-oriented even in stressful situations
