YOUR ROLE

  • As HR Business Partner in Vienna, you will play a strategic role in the success of our global brands and more importantly, our people.
  • You will work with a variety of leaders to develop strategies and support all functions of the countrys operations in executive as well as strategic tasks.
  • You will be responsible these strategies are implemented across the organisation and create an environment and systems necessary for their success.
  • You are not only the single point of contact for employees with local or expatriate contracts, but also act as the bridge toward our service partners, especially in terms of payroll, health & safety, and security.

As part of the DACH HR Team, you are involved in regional HR work and responsible for the adaptation and realization of global HR strategies and policies for your national organization. Of course, you can always contribute towards best-in-class practices with your own ideas. In this role you will need to be able to convince stakeholders using your proactive attitude, leadership qualities and empathy.

This position allows you to gain deep insights into the processes and structure of our Austrian operations. You will play a central role in developing our people, further strengthening partnerships with operations, and developing the competitiveness of our agile organisation

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed relevant vocational education (as part of a study program or corresponding apprenticeship/diploma)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR (ideally working in a multi-national company)
  • Profound knowledge of Austrian Labor Law and demonstrated ability to apply correspondingly
  • Passionate about HR and organisational challenges, as well as analysing these to develop creative solutions
  • Experience with changing organisations; leading organisations through change
  • Very strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different communication styles according to the situation and the person facing you
  • Experience in leading employees and in counseling people managers in difficult situations
  • Autonomous working with can-do-attitude, leadership and prioritisation skills while demonstrating flexibility and agility in your day-to-day work
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Know-how in working with platforms like Workday, SAP or similar would be a big plus
