Your responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant - Working Student (F / M / D) part-time, ready to learn and grow at CELUS.
This position will be part of the HR team and you will have an opportunity to participate in various HR activities such as recruitment, team events, relocation, etc.
You will also be responsible for:
- Administrative support of existing HR team
- Participating in recruiting activities, such as sourcing, filtering candidates or creating a pool of candidates
- Investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Assistance with company gatherings, team building and other HR / recruiting events
- Support with travel arrangements
Your profile:
- Student of Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- First experience in HR or assistant position either as working student or part of student organizations
- Desire to learn about HR and recruitment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-driven and autonomous
