Description
Appen is working on the improvement of speech recognition technology and we are looking for native speakers of Norwegian who would like to participate in this project.
Requirements:
- Be a native speaker of Norwegian (18+ years old).
- Have an Android device (phone/tablet) or a Windows/Mac computer
- Have good internet connection.
- Record at the comfort of your home in a quiet environment.
- You can participate in this project once only. Please do not register your interest again if you have already done this task.
Task Description:
- Record 1000 short Norwegian prompts on an online recording app.
- Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours to complete the whole task. You can choose to record the prompts in several separate sessions or complete them all in one session.
- Payment: If you successfully record 600 prompts, you will receive USD $33. Or even better, USD 55 upon completion (1000 prompts) and after your recordings have passed quality control. Payment is made via your Appen Connect payment account.
You will receive proportional payment according to the number of prompts you have completed. You can record a maximum of 1000 prompts in this project.
